Cooking a Tasty Vegetarian Recipe with Crispy Fried Zucchini Flowers

To cook this tasty vegetarian recipe we pick the zucchini flowers early in the morning while they are still open (they stay open after we have cut them). After the sun has come out the flowers on the zucchini plant will close and shring. Wash them and cover with a wet towel and put in fridge until you are ready to cook. They will remain good for two days in the fridge.
